You know that you talk about playoff Leafs right? Was it convincing against lousy habs? Or stronger Boston in 2018-2019? Any opponent seems too hard for the Leafs.

I don't understand how anyone can trade for a 10 mil cap hit in Erik Karlsson when you're coming into the season as the oldest team in the league.

Pretty sure he would have done it if he is still GM of the Leafs.
He was a good story years ago but he just didn’t cut it. Don’t think he ever made it to the Marlies as he was pretty much a Growlers.

He was an absolutely awful skater. Even when he played in North Bay, I never got onto the hype.

Apparently he is jumping right into the Bruins lineup, though according to Bruins fans he's still a shitty skater. Guess they're seeing if there's something with his size, but apparently he's not even physical?
I think his skating it preventing him to be physical as by the time he gets to where he needs to be the play is already in another area.

I’m grinding my teeth at the notion that the Penguins (and Leafs) windows and time tables are and were directly tied to the length of Dubas’ contract.
The Leafs blew out so many assets loading up on Kyle’s own last dance. Okay whatever. The team and core is still here.
The Penguins are out of runway but can afford to be patient cause Dubas has job security. Yeah okay. Tell Sid that.
