A first round series against Boston would be ideal for the leafs. This bruins team is ripe to be turfed again in the first round.

Unfair comparison. He gets to play on PP1 and JvR has a great net front presence and soft hands on the PP.

Bertuzzi is definitely ice cold right now but I don't really watch games and think he's not giving it his all. He's a good player.

Well we're paying 5m to someone who only plays pp2, and not because he got kicked off pp1.

Doubt many teams do that.

Wow Ottawas elite top 4 dcorp having a tough 3rd period in Chicago Berard blew Zub and Sanderson out of their jockstraps but it was offside and I have no idea what Chabot and Chychrun were doing on the winner. Not near the hype.
 
Bertuzzi should definitely sign long term with Ottawa next year. Match made in heaven

Blame Dubas for picking Thornton and Simmonds over him. This season he's Cup chasing and we still haven't shown we're anywhere close so Treliving probably didn't have a great chance at convincing him to sign here. I still think about the timeline of events if we'd signed Perry in 2021, biggest what if of course is there'd be no Tavares injury.

Then imagine if Kyle chose to trade for Bennett instead of Foligno.
