Toronto is expensive, costs far more to go to a concert than a Leaf game. I doubt a second team would be that much cheaper.

Lol I used to easy before kids. Still hit up shows when I can, local and what not. Already have GreenDay, Less than Jake, TYR lined up for next year, there's still Blind Guardian, NOFX' last show which is stil TBD, Limblifter have a gig at the horseshoe, Priest is apparently gonna hitting up Toronto with a new album out. ECT ECT!

The Sabres just let the Wings throw it around like they’re on a PP. Their goalies take a lot of heat and deserve some of it but the skaters need to step up their commitment to defense.

That's ML$E's motto for anyone who didn't know. I guess bankruptcy would be a life altering event. God knows I would be in hock for months if I ever paid that much to attend a game.
How anyone can even try and pretend it's not all about the money is beyond me.
This is a team that hasn't even come close to sniffing a cup in decades. Who's hardworking blue collar fans are being priced out of the arena. It now costs a mortgage payment to bring your family to a game.
There is no honour in this.
ML$E expects fans with more money than brains to just pay the price and cheer. Regardless if they ever contend for a cup or not. It's pretty obvious their working philosophy is much different than the official motto.

I personally go every year to game in Ottawa like I’ll be there Thursday. Allot cheaper and way better atmosphere.

Pretty hard to argue with this. ML$E targets fat wallets and empty heads. They're making a killing at it too.

Yep and they have prospects that should probably already be on the team now. They remind me of Seattle last year, just a very deep team that any line can score. Only issue with them is their defense isn’t that great but they have Edvinsson who is ready to come up at any time.
