This board is collectively really pissy over the last 24 hours.

Games getting suspended due to covid and covid lists/procedures are absolutely game in this 'around the league' discussion.

The discussion about wearing masks/not wearing masks and other more personal decisions can go back to the covid thread where they've been beaten to death more than thrice.

I get that it's blurry when we start criticizing the organizations but let's focus on that rather the individuals, that should make it easier.

Why are games being canceled? Isn't this what the taxi squads were supposed to prevent? Players might be more concerned about testing positive if the size of the taxi squads were increased and their teams were forced to play on without them.

Well, for many of those teams, the protocol lists are larger than the taxi squads.

I remember being at a hockey camp in ontario a couple years before he was drafted. He was skating at that rink when we doing off ice work. He was phenomenal to watch and being hyped there as the next gretzky. He already had endorsements with his name on sticks and stuff before even becoming a pro. Not sure he lived up to that kind of hype but he was a special player for a while and is still good.
