That's going to look really weird seeing him in anything other than the Bruins jersey

I guess he should have said after being in a Bruins jersey for such a long time.

Correct. That was his egregious mistake. We can't accept that sort of tomfoolery around these parts.
Pierre-Luc Dubois's bridge deal with the Jackets, doens't change the fact he wants a trade, a change of scenery, according to LeBrun and Aaron Portzline (both in the Athletic)
He's a dynamic forward and being under a contract will make that potential move easier.
Thank you for the information. I don't have the athletic. Did they go into why he wants out?
Not that Barzal isn't worth it, but good luck to any player trying to get this type of deal at this time.So training camp is underway and Barzel's not signed yet and not close. He wants an LTC in the 10M per range and the Isls are a bit short on CAP (even if they put Ladd on LTIR) and are offering a short deal in the 7M range. I guess if he won't do a bridge (like 8.5 x 2years ?) , due to the shortened season, he has until Feb 11, to sign or his season is over.

Turcotte may not be an overly firey, in your face type of personality, but his style of game is a culture changer. The constant support and forward moving, economical, gritty approach at full pace is exactly what you need in the playoffs. And me.

When there is a lull or you need to change or extend shift to shift momentum, he is the perfect centerman. He is absolutely not available in my eyes.
