Leafs got zero depth scoring. We let our scorers go without replacing them, then we surround our team with players that can't score... take away our best goalscorer out of the lineup and this is what happens.

Seriously, who's a threat to score in our lineup right now?

That's it, that's the list. Maybe you can add Knies, but I wouldn't bet on him scoring often yet. Even Tavares isn't likely to score at a consistent rate all season.

This is why paying 11M+ for a player who is not a threat to score is detrimental to the team. Rather 2 players who can each score 30+ at that cost or another 11M+ player with a shot other teams respect.
