Penguins need a rebuild in the worst way. Sullivan needs to go and the legacy guys need to get over themselves and allow management to trade them for futures. This is torture.
You would think, but Fenway apparently loves Sullivan.
I do find it ironic Dubas gets let go from here because he wanted more power, and now he goes to a team where he doesn't have authority to fire the coach.
All though Dubas did let assistant Rierden go which Sullivan wasn't happy that Dubas did that so don't know.
Dubas has a first row seat to Marchment getting 1 goal and 4 points in the first period against his new team.6-0 after the first is a blowout

How is Malgin doing?
Doesn't he have 150 pts or something insane like that in his last 82 games? Dude is a ridiculously good player and yet he's ironically still kind of underrated. I feel like he's in McDavid and Drai's shadow at times despite outplaying them for many stretches and actually winning it all in the postseason. When the chips are down MacK is the guy I'm taking, he's an absolute dogNathan Mac the first player to reach 30 pts. On pace for 153.
The only good things on the Penguins roster are the things he didnt touch. Which was the direction the leafs were quickly moving as well after he inherited the gold mine.Dubas is not passing all the tests.
A bit? Some of you guys are a bit too obsessed with Pittsburgh.
Hey, I get a pass. I'm also a Caps fan. Some of you guys are a bit too obsessed with Pittsburgh.
When Jersey hits its first losing streak it will also be a Jersey-bashing thread.A bit?
I miss when this was an around the league thread, and not just a Pittsburgh and Edmonton bash fest.
Dont think people dislike Keefe nearly as much as they dislike Dubas. When Jersey hits its first losing streak it will also be a Jersey-bashing thread.
I don't want to say that I disliked Keefe, but I think he was far more of an issue for this team than Dubas, and I think we are seeing that with how the team is playing under Berube.Dont think people dislike Keefe nearly as much as they dislike Dubas.
They were both in over their heads.I don't want to say that I disliked Keefe, but I think he was far more of an issue for this team than Dubas, and I think we are seeing that with how the team is playing under Berube.
Nope. When Jersey hits its first losing streak it will also be a Jersey-bashing thread.
Word is that Dubas has let it be known that everyone is available in a trade with the exception of Crosby.Dubas predictably running the Pens right into the toilet.
Worked so well with the Guentzel trade, why not keep doing it!Word is that Dubas has let it be known that everyone is available in a trade with the exception of Crosby.
No future type of returns but only current NHL players is what he wants back.
Doesn’t seem that long ago they were coming up with a stud d-man every year or two.
