They might need a new GM. The yzerplan doesn't look like it's really making a ton of progress. Seider and Raymond have hit their ceilings I don't know their farm system that well but I don't think anyone big is coming. They've got lots of "nice" players I think, but usually 75% of those end up as busts.

I thought they should have traded Larkin 3 years ago and gotten an absolute boatload of picks.
