As an aside i always thought this was a scheduling fail. I'm sure they would have sold even more tickets to Oilers fans wanting to make the trip to Calgary to see the Condors in person if the games were on a weekend rather than a random Tuesday and Wednesday in November.

I really wish we had our AHL team in Edmonton as well. I would go to a ton of games.

I went to a bunch of those as well. That was fun, barn was pretty full on a lot of nights.
Was there on a lot of nights as well getting my hockey fix on and seeing Torres and Stoll playing at the level. Think I appreciated them more just seeing them in that context. There were decent crowds, but comfortable room and affordable tickets.

Same but i think the Edmonton market is oversaturated with hockey. I went to an Oil Kings a few weeks ago and there was maybe 2000 people there.
Mainly because they are horrible.

I somewhat agree with being oversaturated, but I do like the benefit it would provide the Oiler organization.

Sad to hear that actually. Wasn't aware it had gone down so much again. One of the problems seems to be how many people are getting free or locost access to Oilers tickets whether it be from companies, communities etc. Free tickets to Oilers just seems like such a thing now that people get those instead of going to Oil Kings. I don't know where all these giveaways or hand downs are coming from but just hearing about it all the time.

Personally I don't really have much of an interest in the Oil Kings, but I would the AHL team because of the Oiler connection. I can't bring myself to watch the shitty AHL streams to watch Bakersfield consistently now, but I'd enjoy going to the rink a few times a month on a cheap ticket.

Only time I really bother with the Oil Kings is when they're either really good, or playing an opponent that has a top end prospect on it.

Drai, not really playing close to his standards as a whole thus far, is like 4/5 points behind the league leader (I think 3 Canucks are all tied in the league lead). That PDO tho

Half of those 3 guys points have all come on the PP. 2nd at 33.33%

2nd in the league at 63. MTL at #1 with 65

We are in the low 50's. Our historic PP last year is going to haunt us. Bias is there with the refs

Islands in the stream.

Just ridiculous heh. What NHL fail. Tried to tune in only to see the
"This game is blacked out in your area"

The NHL does these games for the implicit purpose of maximum exposure but then goes minimum exposure on the ability to view the game. Try to figure this nonsense out.

The other TSN tiers though had entertaining pickleball tournament on...

The league is more fun with guys like McIlrath in it.

Didn't even realize he was still in the league.

I remember how split Oiler fans were on him. Of course, Glen Sather ended the debate when he practically ran to the podium to pick him, he was always a sucker for big, high bust potential draft picks.

Canucks have 8 forwards shooting above 15% this year...Pettersson was the only one that shot above 15% last season.

Boeser: 10.1% > 28.3%
Miller: 14.4% > 27.0%
Pettersson: 15.2% > 17.95%
Mikheyev: 14.3% > 19.4%
Suter: 13.2% > 17.4%
Hoglander: 10.3% > 23.1%
Di Giuseppe: 8.5% > 15.0%
Lafferty: 10.5% > 15.00

Vegas leaking a ton if chances against MTL

Just scored and now 3-2 for MTL

Nice simple shot from the point that hits McNabb then falls down and McNabb scores. Goalie got fooled. Those simple shots are good. Something we need to do more instead of taking those countless wide shots off of the back boards

Adin Hill. 4 goals allowed on 13 shots and he has also made some big saves

Thompson looked like he was trending well before this year. He has good numbers this year too. I didn't even think hill would play this much

Wow and now Hill with a breakaway save Vegas is more leaky than Edmonton lol

Holy then hill saves an empty netter

Mtl could have eight goals

I've asked this before but didn't get an answer. Been thinking about buying thT AHTV package. Is the strem shitty or Condors game garbage?

Really good pace to this Canucks/Flames game. The Oilers never play like this unless there's only 10 minutes left.
