So did I.

One of my most embarrassing whiffs ever.

I was fooled by his college highlights where he masqueraded as a pretty mobile defenseman.
Me three. Loved his potential. Sucks that he sucks.

Um, okay. That's kinda hideous lol.

Seattle: Kills it with the color scheme. Kills it with the logo. Uhhhh....wtf?

St Petersburg
Zacha looks like a better player wearing #18 instead of #37, as stupid as that seems. I truly hope he rips it up this year, in his contract year, and dupes Boston to pay him longterm as an "heir" to Bergeron and Krejci. Then regresses back to the same player we watched for six seasons, but now while playing in a passionate hockey market.
He was a good preseason player before.
He is a good player before he can be, he just doesn't love a pace and speed of nhl game. Regular season games and preseason games is a different animal. I belive he can be ppg player in KHL or in Europe, and I can even imagine he could have good shorts or long period in nhl, but I would not sign him long term on the high price.

He was projected to be a top pick a few yrs ago, why'd he drop again?
A whole bunch of issues. The talent was always there. He's one of the best skaters in todays game. I'm not even sure it was fair to Lambert when his team, The Pelicans in Finland, misused him time and time again. I think they literally used the flying V as a breakout more than once. I know Will Scouch had a lot of horrible things to say about the Pelicans misuse of Lambert and his skillset. He was accused of taking shifts off, lack of consistency. Basically what happened with Raty a draft ago. Both guys are starting to make an impact (meanwhile we're stuck with Stillman. I was furious when we passed on all of those guys from Zellweger to Morrow)

I figured once he got into a good environment where he can just focus on his game, he would put it together. He's certainly making the case to keep him in Winnipeg.
