Man, I’ve read a couple of pages at Oilers’ out of town thread. I feel dirty now, as it is an epitome of toxicity. How people can be so hateful?

All they've got is McDavid and Draisaitl. Once one or both are gone, that's it. Oilers fans are just preparing themselves for the inevitable.

I get it, we have lots of inadequate fans, but they are mostly about overestimating the Leafs, not spewing hatred at other team players and fans.
 
You know it's bad when your coach is getting tired of your shit and saying it to the public.

Oilers out of town thread is so toxic because every year they need to cheer for teams to lose so their team has a better chance at making the playoffs. They're constantly worried about what other teams are doing. Insecure group of fans. Love seeing them eat crow and be wrong about Campbell.
