I think it'll be a Ramparts and Seattle Finals for the memorial cup.
Seattle only lost 3 games cruising through the WHL playoffs. 1 to Winnipeg and 2 against Kamloops.
I expected the Blazers to get better as the game went on as they got back up to speed after that long break. So far, not so good. Ernst hasn’t been good enough.

They really have an excellent program in the Seattle WHL team. They churn out solid players and honestly, they can develop both defensively and pure skill wise too.

I maybe biased though...few of my favorite players are from there in Barzal and Theodore and I have ties there

We could've had Lambert if we didn't have to get rid of Mrazek terrible contract :(

Yea that doesn't hurt me as much the fact we could've had Shea Theodore if we didn't select Frederik Gauthier over him

Don't me wrong Goat is a great guy as a person but that pick for we need a center for the third line in the future and he's a big guy instead of BPA...

Maybe other bidders are driving up the price.

I genuinely feel a bit uncomfortable about how there seems to a be a campaign against a black ownership group who wants to give equity to indigenous Canadians.
NHL sadly is very very very old school compared to the other major league sports in this matter.

Where are u you getting that from? Is there actual evidence of this? Are you suggesting that there are people who are only bidding to buy the sens to keep certain racial demographics out of it?

Like somehow they would bid less if they were competing against white people and let them have it?

That’s a pretty big assumption unless there is some evidence

Huh?

My issue isn't with the bids. It's for the media coverage of the Neko Sparks bid.

Watched the full highlights. Ernst was atrocious.

Kamloops did give up a lot of odd man rushes, but that is mostly because they had to push a lot. Ernst gave up a bunch of weak goals to start and Ernst wasn't even trying to stop anything cross-ice.
Yea there were some lucky bounces but it was definitely some tough goaltending performance there.
