- 17th in goals against
- 1st in team shooting percentage (10% - highest by far and first team since 2015 to hit that mark)
- 28th in team save percentage
- 15th in xGF
- 3rd in xGA
- 23rd in scoring chances for
- 20th in high danger scoring chances for
- 20th ranked PP
- 31st ranked PK

Basically they're a solid defensive team that's been dogged by poor goaltending .. but they've been able to overcome this by getting lucky offensively

Past the halfway point of the season it will be interesting to see how this changes in the second half - if it does.

It's not fun to watch. I do agree with some of the media who suggest it is the owner and not Rutherford making that call, to avoid having three coaches on the payroll for too long. Regardless, it is not a good look for the franchise.

You feel so bad for him. He's such a classy guy too. The Canucks team should be taken away from the league for how they have treated him.

I don't understand why we want the master of the choke and the country club frontman here. It's sad to see how Canucks treat him there, but as a coach he isn't anything special. If Saku Koivu can't say any good words about his former coach I'd say, that there is something wrong in there. Koivu is gentleman par excellence in Finnish hockey.

I think it'll take a miracle for the Habs to catch 29th place. Arizona, Anaheim, Chicago, and Columbus are still way worse with the trade deadline to come.

Yeah I get that. I guess it's the same with McDavid, I just feel that I'm missing out on seeing more of a great player because of where they are located.
