I'd bet everything I own on Tampa winning game 5. Well not really but I can't foresee them losing it.

As much as I wanted it over tonight to get on with the offseason, Montreal doesn't go away quietly.

I hate to defend Tampa or reffing for that matter but an obvious high stick when the guy is bleeding all over the ice probably should be called.

Not specifically that call, that was fine. I only watched part of the third and Tampa had impunity to hold and hook all period. The usual.

You know if the jerseys were reversed it probably wouldn't be.

It was absolutely a call that needed to be made but it's hard not to mention the same thing happening to us.

Perry definitely would agree with this hehe. Sliced right opened with the ref looking at the play earlier in the playoffs, nadda.

Meh, I have no sympathy for the Habs who have mastered the hook and hold and carried that style of play all the way to the finals.

I don't either. But the league's love for everything TB is nauseating. We all knew the fix was in at the start of the playoffs, this is just confirmation. Just sucks to be one of the teams that the league hates.

Amazing that 6'3" 200 lb Jan Rutta couldn't contain an off-balance Josh Anderson; as much as he's overpaid in terms of regular season production, he looks absolutely tank like and has been able to create plays by outmuscling guys like Hedman several times throughout the series.
