Things just turning worse and worse for the Kings.

The Kings are going to have a tough time making the playoffs if they can't win Friday vs. Anaheim.

Yup, that's off Nurse and into the Oiler net. Good play by the Ducks putting the puck into a scrum in front of the net caused something good to happen for them.

The Kings have a better defense than the Ducks but they completely blow us out of the water at forward, especially when it comes to speed and skill.

I only see one path for the Kings to make the playoffs, and that is if either Colorado or St. Louis slip up a little bit.
The Kings have just not shown an ability to put more than 2 good games together recently, so going 5-1 or something like that is probably not likely. The Kings will probably end up going something like 3-2-1 to end the year and just pray that Colorado or St. Louis end up going 2-4-1.

If the Kings fail to show up tomorrow night and lose they are in deep deep trouble.

It's the flames they are suppose to win, right? But I say 70% they lose.

The Kings made their bed. I think they’ve appeared in fewer playoff games over the past four years than many of the teams that the rest of the league laughs at, like the Flames and Oilers.

This might be the rare year, on top of that, that 97 points is not enough either. No one would have guessed the Blues would win 5 straight a few games ago, or that Dallas would just wither and die.

Really just have to win, and almost win out, to be sure. That might be the best thing for this team anyway.
