This game proves what a tool Hayward is. I don't mind Ahlers at all.

I think it's just getting them away from their home team. Hayward is atrocious when calling the Ducks, but otherwise he's really not bad. When he was calling some of the Kings games in 2012 I almost completely forgot it was him.

This is quite the important game for the Ducks, they should come out blazing in the 3rd. This was a loooong homestand for them, after tonight they have 15 left at home and 22 on the road. They've pretty much sucked this year away from Honda, so a loss tonight would put a bigger dent in their playoff chances than it may seem.

Stoll finally scores a goal for the Wild, and then is woefully out of position defensively on the that Ducks goal.

That brought back awful memories of last season, other teams centers having tap in goals because our centers were so far out of position.

Perron, lol. What a strange penalty, and the sad part is he was arguing. I think even our GDT would have thought that was a penalty if a King did it, it was that blatant.

Sort of like Karlsson arguing about Toffolis penalty shot last week.

Caught the end of the Blues Wings game. Steen, one of their leaders, took 2 dumb penalties in the last 3 minutes of the 3rd while they were struggling to close the game out.

In completely unrelated events, the broadcast had a montage moments beforehand, highlighting St. Louis' recent inability to close out games', series', etc, when they had a lead.

So Drouins new tactic to get traded, not show up to his AHL game:

Moron.

No wonder Anaheim pulled out of consideration. Bob Murray has at least half a brain.

That guy is quickly becoming a hockey version of Ryan Leaf.

And inability to keep teams.

Which means only one thing...guaranteed loss.

I do worry about these type of teams coming in and the Kings coasting their way through like they did against Ottawa.

The Wild looked pretty lifeless in the dying moments of the game, particularly on their late powerplay. They're also on a losing streak and their PP has been atrocious, and we all know how much the Kings like to play the part of slumpbusters.

There's a mainboard thread on how getting rid of fighting will result in death of a player. That's officially the dumbest thing I have read here.

It's just the Roman Coliseum fans making another desperate play because of what happened to McGratton and all the negative press it's getting.

But this is low, even for them.
