How do you get shut out at home in an outdoor game? I mean who does that?
Snoozefest game. One team showed up.
Can't wait for next year's Winter Classic when it's Toronto vs Rangers, and the year after when it's Pittsburg vs Detroit, and then Philly vs Washington, and then...
Except by points percentage, the only true measure when games played are different, we would get Chicago. Minn has 3-4 games in hand on every team in front of them and need less than a .500 to catch all but Dallas.
Look at the trends.
1. Chicago is winning, and keeping pace with the Kings. They are definitely going to end up in the top three of the Central and we are most definitely not going to meet them in the first round.
2. "Games in hand" are overrated, and most certainly in the case of Minnesota. That team is pretty erratic and before winning their last two games were just .500 in their past 8. I expect the team to stay out of the top 3 and in the wild card race, which means the Kings are likely to start against them or Nashville in the first round.
Will Anaheim continue to dominate, win their fourth straight, and get to only five games under .500?
Not an Olympic goal. Not a Stanley Cup Final goal. Not even a playoff goal. He'll never win anything of substance.

Kesler imitates Stoll and takes a bad late 3rd period penalty and puts the crowd into a collective orgasm. This game is entertaining on a number of level, but "good hockey" it sure ain't.
