OT: Around Hockey and the NHL

Looks nice but renderings always look nice. Their arena name will be Lenovo Center until 2034 from now on btw.
The idea of making parking garages into places people choose to gather is a concept.

Tailgating seems like making the best of a bad situation. I'm not sure how compatible that is with a billion dollar development.

That's the most random captain pick since they made that one 4th liner, whose name I can't remember, the captain in Florida.

I love it though.

Am I crazy or if I’m Anaheim and I want a veteran leader to help with the young core my team has I am choosing Alex Killorn over Gudas every day of the week.

Vernon Krause is not the Anson Carter group, btw.

I've been seeing articles recently discuss and, in effect, normalize 36 teams.

The recent NHL player survey had a pretty negative result about Atlanta getting a team again. Two times is enough, some think. There aren't any current NHLers who were even alive when the Flames moved to Calgary. It's a nonsense internet argument. The league may need to put some work in with the players to get them more on board.
