Listen to this lady as she knows.I pulled my back in late 2021 and had inflammation around the nerve root. Acupuncture did help, think I had 5-6 sessions.

The meridians of the body each control nerve bundles. Acupuncture is designed to treat the flow, ch'i, that passes between each. I'm so glad it helped you!!Has anyone had success with acupuncture? I went yesterday for stomach pain (had every test available and nothing shows up) it feels like the muscles and I believe it could be from 2 years of hell doing a number on me - my anxiety has been sky high for the entire time and I'm just now able to relax a little.
The practitioner who is Chinese and studied in China worked on those stomach muscles and also treated me for anxiety with needles in other places including my scalp. She said I would sleep better last night.....and I really did! The most solid sleep I have had in a long time - still not long enough but I was amazed how easily I fell and stayed asleep.

Like a chiropractor the chance if lasting positive effects are low. You will have to keep going for the rest of your life. It's not treating the cause, it's masking the symptoms.Has anyone had success with acupuncture? Listening to Minka Kelly's book and boy does it pack a punch. It is thought provoking and eye opening. It is truly a miracle she has gotten where she is based on the neglect and abuse she experienced as a child. Friday Night Lights pretty much saved her life.
She played Lyla Garrity in the tv show.
Interesting, I've always been drawn to her for some reason. Also, is there better opening theme music than Friday Night Lights?
Tough break kid. Hang in there, things will turn around eventually.
Uh, yeah, the GOAT.
As my girl Gloria once said, I will survive…hey hey.

I agree, but i disagree. I think it's a modality that offers relief while examining the root cause.Like a chiropractor the chance if lasting positive effects are low. You will have to keep going for the rest of your life. It's not treating the cause, it's masking the symptoms.
But some people swear by them. Other are permanently damaged.
But I understand when you are in pain, your will do nearly anything for relief. Been there.
