Right now I am so glad I decided not to pledge to a fraternity. Between football, which has become very time consuming, and a very busy term school wise, I don't know how I would have found any time to pledge and also have energy to make it through the day. Kudos to those who do it, though.

Ohio University. Not too big (Ohio State) and not too small (literally every other school in my area). Pretty much everyone in my high school that aspires to be something other than a farmer goes there. Nice town, lots of internship opportunities, and it's one of the only places in Southern Ohio that has a decent club hockey team. Would've been cool to go Miami (OH) and get to see the team there, but their admissions and financial aid staff is awful.

I got extremely unlucky and thn extremely lucky this morning. Had a paper due by 10:20 and I finished it last night. Was gonna come back to the lib this morning to read it over one more time before I printed it out for good. Well, come in and it wasn't on my laptop anymore. I looked like every place possible to find it and looked through the unsaved documents too and somehow it wasn't even in there. Went to my teacher and he was super cool about it, giving me until next Tuesday to do it. Never been so grateful for a chill teacher, it was such a relief when he said he was gonna give me more time.

That's lucky he gave you an extension, one time I submitted an essay online and didn't realize I had to click submit because it was my first time using the program, and when I realized it was late I told the professor about it and she was just like "too bad lol," ended up getting a C on the paper.

On the topic of chill professors, I went in to meet my biochem research mentor yesterday and ended up talking to him for over 2 hours. Nicest guy ever, I've never heard of a professor taking that much time out of his day to talk to a student. I probably would have liked to get out of there sooner but I don't mind, he's one of the most interesting people I've talked to haha Can't wait to get started this summer

Lenders continue to be the bane of my existence. I should've just taken a six hour nap at work today, would've gotten almost as much work done as I would've been asleep at the wheel as much as they've been to a T today.

Awful's probably a bit harsh. When I called they weren't able to answer a lot of the questions I had and didn't seem too eager to help. I think I probably caught them on a bad day to be honest. I have a buddy who runs cross country there and he seems to really like it.

Entirely too much Rozsival. Not only is he an exploitable weakness in our defense, more seriously, he undermines the entire first line as well as Duncan Keith by kneecapping our transition game.

It will fall on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th lines to put up offense. Hopefully they can, and prove me wrong.

I didn't use google drive when I was in college, but what I always did was save a copy on my computer, then on my external hard drive, then email a copy to myself. Always 3 copies if 2 happen to go bad or not work.
