When they ranked the Kings prospect pool as 27th in the NHL, they really weren't kidding.

I think one of the things that has really helped this season is people knowing that there's consequences if they run our players

Lee is overmatched physically, Studnicka is a nobody, Fagemo is a bust. Malott can at least play a similar game to Jeannot.

If that's all than it's a bad call up when you could have pulled up a kid. Now they only have 2 spots left for a call up.

Byfield is a terrible 2OA as well; and don't get me started on Joel Edmundson.

I think I’m gonna go with the opinion of the guys who get paid to make these decisions over some guy posting on a message board.

They didn't reward Fagemo or Clarke last year. Why do that now? Especially for a 28 year old nobody with 1 NHL game under his belt.

Hopefully they play Thomas and use Malott as just an extra or in replacement of Lewis.

I'll take the career AHL'er over the "prospect" this late in the season fighting for home ice advantage.

Why? We need to get these prospects important minutes so they are ready for playoff hockey now and in the future. Taking away minutes from a prospect (that needs it) for a guy that won't be apart of any future NHL plans is the most ridiculous thought process ever.
