2) Keefe

Samsonov has been atrocious all year but yet he's been given every chance to rebound and plays even worse.

Keefe is not the coach for this team. He has 0 system and if it wasn't for Matthews, Marner and Nylander winning us games based solely on skill then we're a bubble playoff team. He's fixated on his lines and doesn't even want to rock the boat when it comes to his players feelings. It's time to get a 0 bullshit coach who will actually not be afraid to coach this team, even if it means hurting someone's feelings.

Treliving has had plenty of time to see this team for what it is. It's on him to make the moves to improve this team, even if it's the hard move. Goaltending is an issue, our defense is horrible.

I’d put Shannys name beside Trelliving too. He needs to be held accountable too.

That most likely is the end of Samsonov.
Samsonov needs to make some saves but we made some bad mistakes in front of him tonight.
After playing some real good hockey for awhile, we're back to playing very loose and uninspired the past few weeks.

For once I give the team a pass. Hard to stay motivated with a sieve in net. Coach Fee Fees is of course coddling him and costing us points.

We need to can Keefe. Or we're burning another year.

But this team is also not good enough. This is supposed to be a cup contender against one of the worst teams in the league.

This team hasn't been a Cup contender in decades imo. I've been called a Leafs hater for being adamant, since we lost to Columbus in the play-ins, that this team cannot win the Cup as constructed. Then bad decisions have been made from that point on - Hyman, Mikheyev, Engvall, UFA signings, drafting mostly the same player, goalies etc.

Now everyone is a Leafs hater.
