Ice Jerseys can be hit or miss for the Rangers based on what I've seen/read/experienced. I've got a home McDonagh which I think they nailed perfectly on the customization and I got a white Brassard where the numbers looked right but the font on the name was way too small. I actually had it just sent out to EPS where they're gonna strip the current plate and replace it with another.

I ordered two jerseys from them. The heritage came out great (though it was a Callahan and I had to send it back for them to re-do the captain's C which was a little off), but the road was meh. The blue they used is a little darker than it should be and the name had a bit too much arch. I didn't know better at the time, but this thread has made me more of a "purist."

Yeah, I've gotten to be the same way. Like the jerseys they sell at MSG when they had a nameplate I'd buy even though the customization wasn't great because I'd only wind up spending anywhere from $60-$100 on the jersey after discounts. If I'm gonna wind up spending $150+, I'm making sure to get it done at Arena Wear. Finding cheap blanks and having them do it is definitely the way to go if you don't mind spending the extra money.
 
Looking to unload this older blank replica..believe it's from 02-03 but if someone knows more than I do feel free to correct me. It's older and has some stains (pics included, they were there when I bought this a few years ago) but with a dry clean is a solid cheap jersey. Was hoping 50+5 for shipping (but willing to negotiate) or willing to drop off anywhere Long Island/Queens/Brooklyn. Message if interested

I just took advantage of the Icejerseys customization sale and got an additional 10% discount code. ordered a Zucc heritage premiere, total came to $125 or so. Hopefully it works out!
 
This was a late birthday gift from my wife, I got it a couple of weeks ago. I love the Winter Classic jersey, I would have liked to get a McDonagh, but this was the only one they had in my size.
 
More of an autograph question for those of you who have bought through Ebay:

What makes you trust a COA that comes with a picture? Do you stick with the major companies, or memorabilia stores? Haven't bought through eBay before, but considering it.

Edit: Unless someone knows Ryan McDonagh and wants to get my Team USA jersey signed for me :sarcasm:

I'm not. The edit was tongue in cheek. I have a white USA jersey sitting in my closet. It's too small so I'll never wear it and would love to get it signed.

I saw a Bobby Clarke/Bernie Parent signed photo with both holding the Stanley Cup. It has a CoA, but they are only asking $30. Every other Clarke photo is $100+. Seems too good to be true

Make sure the CoA is from a legit place, and see if you can get a good look at the autographs, and compare them to legit examples. Worst case, you're only out $30.
 
Problem is even with a CoA from a legit place, it could still very well be fake. TSN did a very interesting piece on counterfeit goods a few months ago. They covered a variety of topics including counterfeit tickets, counterfeit jerseys, and counterfeit autographs. They had an artist or something replicate a players autograph on multiple photos and send them to the top authenticators and every single signature got authenticated. After seeing that, I'd be skeptical of any autograph that I didn't obtain in person or purchase from a legit outlet (Steiner, etc).

Don't disagree. Being in Seattle is a little less than conducive however. If I had a way of getting it signed on my own I would. Plus, I wouldn't spend big money on something signed by another person. You never really know if it's truly legit. I think the most I would spend is around $30 depending on the circumstances.
 
Not sure if Google challenged but looking for a blank winter classic and/or USA SOCHI jersey in a M or L. Anyone know where to look? Haven't found.

Has anyone ever done the send in through Steiner? Wonder how ridiculous the pricing is to send a jersey in...

Edit: Disregard. It's $85+shipping which is a lot less than I was expecting.

Just got this back from ice jerseys. Thought they did a good job but I'll let all of you professionals decide...
 
If anyone knows about a good deal for a CCCP Tretiak jersey, let me know. Have been in the hunt for an accurate one (could be a replica if need be) for a while.
