My general rule on eBay is if there are only frontal pictures don't do it. May be fake.

Same with "generic" photos. If they have nothing to hide you'll see all of the jersey.
 
I am new here. I can attest that Sportsk.Com produces excellent quality jerseys - I have have bought several from them and won't buy from anyone else. For the same price as the ones you get at NHLshop, you can get a jersey from them that is SEWN, not screenprinted.

Wanna share pictures? And how much did it cost? Have a blue premier I want to get done but not sure if I was gonna send it direct to them or just drop it off at the NHL Store for them to send it there.

Frontal pics are usually much more telling.

AW usually charges around $100 for customization. I send my jerseys to them and they send them back…I have heard the NHL store sends Rangers jerseys to AW but being the nitpicker that I am, I just go directly to the source.
 
I have a reebok premier jersey that I want to get customized. I wore it once, and there is a pretty nasty snag on the front of it. I read online that you can pull it through the back with a needle to fix it, but I tried and have had no luck.

Does anyone know if a place can fix the snag AND customize the jersey? Crosby? AW? thanks in advance.
 
I have family headed to New York/Toronto in September and am hoping to get my recently acquired blank pre-Edge authentic home (Lundqvist) and alternate Indo Edge (Brassard) jerseys customized at Exclusive Pro.

Can anybody who has recently customized jerseys with EP give me a rough cost/time estimate around that period September-October period - do they ever have discounts/ 2 for 1 promos or the like? Also being a foreigner what kind of typical shipping costs will I face for a couple of jerseys?


Also heads up guys. Myhabit.com (Amazon.com affiliate site) have Steiner Sports certified Lundqvist signed game used sticks for $250 and Kevin Hayes signed pucks for $29 among a whole lot of other steiner certified products.

Reasons I said are:

-positioning of the red/nhl logo piece
-Cut lines in material
-Ability to see the tag/lime green piece(for the new ones)

The backs of many fakes are pretty good looking. Well, the older ones anyway. All new fakes are easily spotted from either side.

Anyway, is there a set #1 place for stripping authentics? I think I'm gonna go ahead and turn my road MSL into a Hank.

swung by the MSG store today, they told me they had a big sale last wednesday (I didn't hear about it, FWIW) and they aren't planning on doing another one. Pretty disappointing.
 
White or Blue jersey. I feel like I never see whites, is that cause they get dirty? It makes me kinda want one. Take into account I go to school in Pittsburgh and most games I see them play their in their whites on the road in either PIT or CBJ.

Also I want to get Fast I think. I've liked him since the start, solid, fundamental player that didn't get as much credit as he should have until his break out in the playoffs. But him being an RFA worries me. Should I wait?
 
I was watching the draft last night and noticed a few new sweaters for this season. Thankfully, Chris Creamer picked it up. What does everyone think?

I don't like the one stripe on the bottom of Phoenix and I don't like the black.
The Avs jersey is fine. I like the C better than the Yeti foot.
Pretty indifferent about CBJ.
Oilers hit it out of the park.
The French NHL logo on the Habs is a nice touch. Personally, I've never been a fan of the laces, but I'm obviously in the minority here.
 
Anyone have any suggestion on what size to get for an authentic EDGE? I wear a medium premier and I'm very skinny and probably around 5'9'' or 5'10'' ish. Would a 46 fit or is 50 a safer bet?

Just got back my home premier that I got done at Arena Wear through the NHL Store. Purchased a blank through MSG for $5 after all the Kia Vouchers I got so I decided to spend the $100 or so to customize it. It came out to like $108.88 or something after tax though I think you can get 10% off if you use a Discover card. Got it customized with Hayes and it came out as great as I expected it to.

I've ordered three jerseys from them and they're all fantastic. Then again I'm not a jersey purist. I've heard way more positive compliments about their work then negative comments. Some people just like to complain about anything though.
