I know it's kinda early, but how long do you think Moore stays at Minnesota?
Sweet spot as of late for prospects of Moore’s caliber has been 2 years. You need to be pretty special to make a one and done work

He will show us. I think its likely he goes back. If he puts up 45 points this year and develops on a long run? Maybe 1 and done.
I think Nazar and Greene are the ones to watch this year.

Slaggert is a lock for getting signed.

But we'll see if Nazar and Greene return for a 3rd year or not.

I watched BU to get eyes on Macklin. Ryan Greene had a pretty poor game. His feet are going to be an issue I think at the next level.

Define feet please. Is it quickness/reaction or acceleration or both? The quickness/reaction I can see.

I've seen plenty of plays in which Greene is first on the forecheck and gets back to his zone in ample time to defend a play. His first few strides are long and strong but deceptive. He does not seem on observation to be a dynamic skater but he is certainly more than capable at this point.

That said, he has not shown appreciable improvement from his freshman season but it's too early to make a definitive statement.

Acceleration, burst, change of direction. Once he gets going he’s okay. Still not great.

Greene is a guy we will need to see in Rockford before getting a true appreciation of what he can do. He obviously isn’t meant to be a 1st line/PP1 guy.

I think Greene and Bedard were roommates for the World Juniors camp 1 year.Greene was one of the last cuts that season.

As to Moore...at this pace =7 pts i( 2g 5a in 8GP) I cannot see him as a 1 and done...hardly domination...875 pts per game..

1 and done will be MacklinCelebrini who is at 1.75 pts per game i(8g 6a=14pts in8GP) which us tops for all freshman over 5GP so far..

Get real...stop over-ratinh our prospects. GOODBYE nothing standing outxas 1 abd done...Gwt real.

Both Moore and Nazar are not in the top 50in NCAaMens hockey scoring per game so far..

And Nazar us -4...A lit ow development needed to work on to get better.

As the song by Shania Twain sYs.."that don't impress me mich"...need a StAR to take over hames in tgat 'soecial " sense.

I do think however that Rinzel has progressed faster vs NCAA completionto a better degree than hexwsin the USHL...
I cannot complain about any dman that could put up 6 shots on goal which contributes to driving the play in the opps zone...he did that last night and tgecebtire Hawks d'corps ladt night I believe combined did not match that outputborbonlyvtiedit..which shoes how poorly our Hawks d-coros drives pkay.

So kudos to Rinzel who seems to be adapring very well to NCAA competition.
I do not think he is 1 and doneceither...But if he continues to pkaycas wells he has then maybe 2 years and done which is faster than we woukd have expected.

If anything Moore is behind our expectation for impacting in games..Hardlyceven pike up the shots on goal last night. NEED better from hom to assert his influence on games.

Oh and Gavin Hayes had 2 more goals last night. Kid is en fuego. I remember he got like this last season too in the middle of the year. Very streaky player.

He's been held without a point just twice this season. He's been consistently scoring.

Last season he was held without a point 19 times but 10 of those games happened before December in his first 24 games.
