Not familiar with her work but I’m reading the story about her death and if this isn’t absolutely heartbreaking then nothing is

It said she’d been getting cyber bullied? Poor girl. She deserved better

She had also left images of self-harm and note on social media.

Stardom was going to try and build around her as a top star given they put her in the tag match at wrestle kingdom 14.

Just incredibly sad, hard to put into words.

I had only become familiar with Hana Kimura after watching the No People Gate show. I had heard her name here and there but that was my first time seeing her work. While she wasn’t the most polished woman on the show - again, she was only 22 - she was easily one of the most charismatic and likable. In the ring, I think she had fantastic potential to be one of the faces of Joshi for the next decade. Seeing this news on Twitter when I first woke up this morning was like a punch to the gut.

I hope there is a way to prosecute these assholes who torment people online in cases like this. The fact that they feel completely comfortable pushing people to their deaths because they’re hiding behind a keyboard shows exactly how deplorable they are.

The internet is a savage cesspool, and another young life has been claimed by it. Rest In Peace, Kimura-sama.

My mate who joined a Serie B soccer team had to pretty much eliminate his social media presense back in 2013. This is the downside of fame and success...where you will have teenage kids and losers in their parents basement go online and harass you to no end for absolutely no reason.

We live in a sick society where I feel 1/4 people are perpetually miserable and only get validation by putting others down.

Sad about Hana Kimura. I only heard of her from the show Terrace House and she quickly became one of my favorite cast members. It sounds like the bullying was from fans of Terrace House show and not wrestling related(could be wrong though). There's an episode where she accidentally left her laundry in the washing machine. The next housemate who used the washing machine didn't check to see if it was empty. In it was Hana's custom made wrestling outfit. It got destroyed. She said she knew part of it was her fault but she yelled at the housemate. Also took his hat and threw it on the floor. Looks like after that episode aired, she started to get all the hate.

Her final post on Instagram was sad. A pic of her and her cat with a message I love you, have a long, happy life. I’m sorry. Her tweets were sad as well saying reading 100 hurtful comments a day was hurtful. Apparently said she didn't want to be human anymore and thanked the people who supported her and apologized for being weak.
Anyhow, rip and thoughts and prayers to her family and friends.

For context, it was apparently her gear from WK14, so it was also important.

Yup, on the episode she mentioned or her housemate mentioned that she wore that at WK14 so it wasn't just a custom uniform but a uniform that had special meaning to her.

I hope the guy who accidentally ruined it doesn't blame himself(no online bullying if that incident didn't happen). People said it seemed like he suffers or suffered depression.

Hana Kimura died from ingestion of hydrogen sulfate around 4am, Dave Meltzer said on WOR. Kairi Sane said on Twitter that she saw the tweets and called back to Japan and that is how they knew to check on her.

I think it's the same tweet but someone on reddit translated 1 of her tweets.

Also google translate probably had flowers in it because hana means flower in Japanese.

For everyone who cheered, befriended and loved Hana, I am sorry I could not protect her. I am sorry we now have this painful memory.
If you are in pain, Hana will be be in pain, too. Please keep the cheerful memory of Hana in your hearts
In order to best put what Hana would say into words, I’ll become stronger.
To Mass Media Outlets I would like you to stop contacting the police and the Stardom office for detailed information.
I would like you to respect the privacy of the individual who has passed.
Don’t push people who are struggling to their limit like this.
Stop hurting others in the process
