It’s not like that’s one of their PC recruits either, that’s Karen Q, a pretty respected veteran on the Indy scene. Or most recently, Mae Ying

I mean that gimmick is over with the fans there so I can't complain.
Of course you can’t. You won’t, either.

There’s like 65 people in the stands, and it’s hardly over. Look at the IG page, 95% of the people commenting are saying it’s trash.

The womens champion of that brand just sold a soft, shot to the back with basically a pillow and bouncy balls like it was a chair shot. This isn’t good.

The capacity is about 300 and it's pretty full, they even moved the sidebarriers closer to the ring to allow higher attendance.

Ok, still. You’re taking this too literal.

It’s a god awful joke of a gimmick and caters to absolute dorks. It doesn’t even cater the children, because I’m sure 90% of the children even think this is a disaster.

I love how you chose one thing I said and replied to that instead of the rest. Classic.

I don't count social media as a verified metric.

Ok, so you take 300 people with 20 of them cheering?

Now, what are your thoughts of the champion selling a light fluffy bag to the back with bouncy balls in it like a chair shot?

Better than "fighting" a 9 year old.

It's beautifully campy. Just what wrestling is supposed to be.

NXT is painful to watch anymore and you saw this trajectory coming the moment it switched to 2.0.

I still have it DVRing and try to watch it when I'm bored or in the background while I'm working, but it just can't hold my interest. I think Carmelo Hays and Santos Escobar are the only interesting characters and also the ones putting on the best matches. Which means they'll both get called up soon, lose half of their names and get buried.

Toxic Attraction was great at one point, but have gotten stale, and the champion should not be in a title feud with a comedy gimmick (and not even a good one) like that.

I saw a YT video of the vid Nikkita Lyons posted after her injury. What kind injury require one to wear that...thing?

I wonder if the injury happened during this?

In an update, Lyons took to Instagram earlier tonight to provide an update to her fans. She noted that she suffered a partial tear and sprain of her MCL.

The fan favorite confirmed that the knee injury will not require surgery as the MCL will heal itself. She is already doing rehab on the knee, and is wearing a brace, different from the brace we saw in her video from Tuesday. Lyons noted that doctors don’t want her wearing the brace full-time as they don’t want her to rely on it.

Lyons said the injury could’ve been much worse, and she is extremely grateful for that, but it did keep her from competing this week. She did not give a timetable for her return, but indicated that she would not be out of action for too long. Lyons said her goal is to come back better than before.

“Freak accidents happen, stuff happens when you least expect it to, so that’s when you take it, and look at it in the most positive light as possible,” she said.

There is currently no announced timeframe for Lyons’ return to action, but the average recovery time for a MCL tear is six weeks. Depending on the severity of the injury and treatment, recovery time is usually between one to three weeks for a grade 1 mild tear, four to six weeks for a grade 2 moderate tear, and six week or more for a grade 3 severe tear.
