Apparently Shotzi isn't "injured" like previously reported. She's been healthy for a while, they just don't have anything for her.

I expect she will be on the cut list whenever that comes out.
Sounded like the injury is the kind that could pop up here and there:

That was a few months ago…

This is recent.

Another call up, another shortened name, another talent that they decided to make a “heel” because of reasons. They took her tank, they stripped her of everything before she even got a chance. Now she will be on the employment line whenever the next batch of releases happen.

Shotzi was on the taped show in Albany. You can probably guess where she was used

I expect they're making a ton of money on Onlyfans if they're on there. They don't need to get beat up and live on the road, if they can do an hour of content a week and make huge dollars.

They’re not on the road though. Impact is still taping once every few weeks.

Wrestling neck beards are horned up, and their thirst knows no end. They can probably make stupid money posting the same shit that ends up on Instagram and a couple extra poolside pics per week

No brainer.

An update of the Tammy Sytch story.

from Friday's pwinsider.com:

As noted earlier on PWInsider.com, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch was arrested this evening in Florida in relation to the 3/25 traffic fatality in Ormond Beach, Florida. Sytch is currently being processed into Volusia County Branch Jail in Daytona Beach.

She is currently being charged with nine charges, including DUI causing the death of a person aka DUI Manslaughter, Driving with a suspended or revoked license (causing death or serious injury) and seven counts of DUI causing damage to a person or property.

The DUI Manslaughter charge is the most serious, as it is considered a felony in Florida and if she is convicted, Sytch could face up to 30 years in prison, with a four year mininum sentence as well as up to $10,000 in fines. Sytch's bond for that charge alone is listed at $200,000. The bonds for her other charges total an additional $27,500.

Sytch's mugshot from her arrest tonight:

The Ormond Beach Police Department has not yet commented on Sytch's arrest. They had been waiting for complete toxicology results to come in after securing a warrant for a blood sample while Sytch was hospitalized in the wake of the 3/25 traffic fatality.

I wouldn't say I'm sympathetic but I do feel kind of sad because Sunny was a big part of my childhood.

If she had her head on straight, she would have been on Trish Stratus level of legacy.

Sytch is now out of jail.

from f4wonline.com:

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy "Sunny" Sytch has been bailed out of jail following her arrest in relation to a fatal car crash.

Court records show that Sytch was bailed out of jail at 12:14 p.m. Eastern time on Saturday. A $227,500 surety bond was posted by a Volusia County, Florida bail bondsman service.

Sytch was arrested on Friday and is facing nine charges relating to a March 25 car accident where a 75-year-old man was killed. Prior to Sytch being arrested, police suspected Sytch of DUI in the crash and were waiting for toxicology results to come back.

Sytch is facing the following charges:

  • DUI causing the death of a human or unborn child (second degree felony)
  • Driving with a suspended or revoked license and causing death or serious injury (third degree felony)
  • Seven counts of DUI with damage to person or property (first degree misdemeanor)

I wonder if her last chapter will be written before the trial. I'm not advocating for it, if she (or anyone else) feels that way she should seek help, I would prefer her to face the consequences of her actions. just seeing her post bond the thought crossed my mind.

It feels like everything in the US is a felony. Fishing/hunting without a license, felony. Too many animals, felony. Failure to signal while changing lanes, felony.

Another Sunny update.

from today's pwinsider.com:

There will be a hearing this Friday 5/13 at 10 AM in the Circuit Court of Volusia County, Florida regarding the State's motion to have WWE Hall of Famer Tammy "Sunny" Sytch remanded back to jail after she posted bond and was released following her arrest over the weekend.

Florida State Attorney R.J. Larizza filed a four-page motion on Monday 5/9 requesting Sytch be ordered to pretrial detention, which would effectively incarcerate her until and during her potential trial following her 5/6 arrest for DUI Manslaughter and other charges in the wake of the March death of 75-year old Julian Lasetter during a fatal traffic incident.

In that motion, the State argued that Sytch had violated her probation stemming from three DUI arrests in Pennsylvania on several occasions, leading to that probation being revoked and Sytch being re-sentenced to Pennsylvania's Carbon County Prison. The motion also notes that Sytch has a suspended driver's license in Pennsylvania and has never held a valid driver's license in the State of Florida.

The motion noted, "The State submits that there is a substantial probability that the Defendant committed DUI Manslaughter when she killed the victim on Match 25, 2022. The State also submits that Defendant poses a threat of harm to the community based on criminal history surrounding driving offenses as detailed above."

Sytch will be officially arraigned on 5/31 at 2:30 PM in Volusia County Court. This past Friday evening, she was arrested on nine charges stemming from the death of 75-year old Grandfather Julian Lasseter this past March during a traffic incident in Ormond Beach, Florida, including with one count of DUI causing death, one count of causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property. Authorities had been waiting for the full results of her toxicology to be returned before moving forward with criminal charges.

Sytch is currently out on bond after a bail bondsman put up 10% of the $227,500 surety bond needed for Sytch to be released. Court documents list Sytch's boyfriend James Pente as having put up his property as collateral.

And now her bond has been revoked.

from postwrestling.com:

Tammy Sytch's bond was revoked on Friday during a court appearance and the former WWE personality has returned to jail.

Sytch was arrested last weekend after toxicology reports showed her blood-alcohol level registering 0.28 (the legal limit in Florida is 0.08) during a vehicular accident this past March, where Sytch allegedly struck another vehicle from behind and led to 75-year old Julian Lasseter passing away.

After being arrested last weekend, her bond was set at $227,500 and Sytch was able to post 10 percent of the bond along with court fees allowing her to be released.

The prosecutors at Friday’s bond hearing stated that Sytch was a danger to the community.

Sytch is facing one count of DUI causing death, one count of causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property.

She is scheduled for an arraignment hearing on May 31st in Volusia County Court.

Judge showed common sense.

I would imagine that if Tammy doesn't get lengthy prison time that she'll drink herself to death or worse in the next couple of years.

NXT is planning a return to touring, but sounds like it will only be in Florida. Basically the same as the FCW/early NXT days.

What a terrible thing to say.
I'm just going to come out and say it: She's a waste of human flesh and the world would be better off without her. From the way she treated Candido (the one person who truly loved and cared about her) to murdering someone and not having a single ounce of remorse (sending her army of ridiculous Twitter morons after Bill Demont, whose daughter was murdered by a drunk driver and whose comments were 100% justified and spot on) she is a human tumor. Toss her behind bars and swallow the key.

I agree with all that but I just don't think that comment predicting she'll drink herself to death was appropriate.
