Miller is significantly more talented. Schneider doesn’t have anywhere close the tools, skating, offense that Miller brings. Schneider also isn’t as physical or nasty as a pure shut down guy and has poor metrics. He’s not the centerpiece I’d want for Mctavish.

Just trying to make the best of the situation - not a huge fan of the idea of this move in general

To be honest, I was never on the draft Mac train but was enthusiastic once we did (in Madden we trust) and after he showed promise. But no, he's more Palmieri than Kesler.

Both Palmieri and Kesler played with more jam and intensity. Unless Mctavish has been holding back and not in the right system…

I was told he was Landeskog with a shot… he’s nowhere close to that kind of intensity.
