I kinda want that two hours of surprises now. Like just unveil a properly beefy, equal to Dynamite, Collision roster. Let’s f***ing go. Oh yeah, and get this shit on Canadian tv.
Oh does Collision not have a Canadian TV deal? Because 4 of the first 8 or so episodes are in Canada, so that would be weird.

I haven’t seen anything about that yet when it seemed that tsn was in on Dynamite pretty early.

For the person hoping the card was going to be good that will depend on your opinion of...

Wheeler Yuta on the path to taking his rightful place as the top star in the company. Long overdue quite frankly.

Very much so ^

I’m surprised but not surprised. Punk soured a lot of fans.

Gotta roll with a heel Punk I think.

I'm very behind on DVR, will comment on stuff later. I just have to say though... thought the same thing on Sunday
... big Bill (honestly, I f***ing dig him in AEW) and his flesh / coyote colored belt makes it look like he's rocking a thong throughout most of his matches. Maybe I'm just drunk though. Who knows,

Chris Jericho and Saraya as a mixed tag team is definitely something I thought I’d never see

Not in love with this show. Following a pretty good ppv (in my opinion) this fell flat on all points. Yuck

Callis may have been the only redeeming part of the show

CM Punk has Donald Trump "go away" heat to me

AEW is just taking the check because they don't need him. Much less another show.
I'm so torn when it comes to Punk when it's concerning his tenure with AEW. I'm not a punk fan and I'm also 50.001% certain all of this drama was a work because of an injury. But at the same time, unless TK pulls a rabbit out of his weird DON hat I'm not sure the juice is worth the squeeze. I guess we'll see when he comes back at Collision. Better have a super compelling story

Edit... and yeah, Trump can go the f away (speaking as a slightly right leaning, but mostly middle living dude)

For me, this was the first really bad dynamite in quite some time. Plenty of MEH shows, but not much to redeem this one. Especially considering DON was pretty dang good.

Just got back from the show. Disappointed in no MJF/Kenny and Young Bucks only made a backstage appearance. Went with my old roommates who were unfamiliar with AEW and they enjoyed the show. Since they're lapsed WWE fans as well, it was funny when one of them said "I'm surprised Vince wasn't all over Big Bill" since they were unaware of his run as Big Cass.

The in house audio wasn't great which was the same as the AEW show I saw in Boston in 2022. Couldn't hear anything from the Don Callis / Takeshita segment, hopefully the crowd did well there.

Rampage taping featured a couple performers I wasn't expecting:

I suppose it makes sense with Forbidden Door in a few weeks, they had Katsuyori Shibata defend the ROH Pure title against Lee Moriarty in a solid match. Show concluded with Zach Sabre Jr defending against Action Andretti. Rampage led off with a triple threat between El Hijo del Vikingo, Komander, and Dralistico which was probably the most entertaining match of the evening.
