Sounds like Ospreay is pushing Tony to sign Scott D'Amore to run ROH. It is a thing that makes way to much sense but it also doesn't seem like Tony wants to give up the control of anything right now.

ROH is tertiary on Tony's priority list and understandably so. Getting a guy who can focus 100% on ROH and put as much emphasis on the brand as he can would help it a lot.
I don't wanna sound like an English teacher right now, but the show lacks heart imo. Let Scott be the HBK of AEW and make an NXT/TNA-esque show with the ROH theme to it with less Bully Ray.

AEW also desperately needs a place to let some of their younger talent get actual in ring reps. It makes way to much sense really.

And not even just young talent, there are plenty of folks who could use the regular work to stay sharp, and having vets work with youngsters would be helpful, Tony is paying them, might as well use them

Especially to wrestling fans who aren't really familiar with the ROH brand, the way it's presented (like an afterthought), devalues both that brand and the AEW brand.
Put some muscle/effort/manpower behind it and put your best foot forward or kill it off. Right now the ROH brand is effectively in purgatory and it's not doing the main brand any favors either.

I know a lot of people got their set opinions of Perry....guy has been cooking since coming back lol he has found his thing. Send more people to Japan while we are at it maybe lol
