PWI saying the first episode of Collision will be in Chicago, at United Center, announced tonight. So, there it is. What they don’t know is whether or not CM Punk will be announced for it.

For entertainment sake, I kinda hope shit hit the fan and we get more drama.

For wrestling sake, I hope everything works out.
If this wouldn’t have worked out, to me, this would be over. CM Punk would either get released or have his contract run out. This the second time they’re booking a show specifically for him, for a program that they’re using him to launch.

And the sales for the shows they have announced so far have not been good, including the night before Forbidden Door. It is essential they have him if they want to launch this show and have it work.

Oh, I agree. Business-wise, they NEED him back.

But if I am being selfish, I kinda want to see what the implosion would like. That being said, as a wrestling fan, it is a stupid thing to wish for. A strong and healthy AEW is what is best for everybody.

If Chicago and United Center are announced but not Punk I wonder if he will add a "and you know what that means" to his statement. We are excited to announced the debut episode of Collision will take place Saturday June 17 from the United Center in Chicago and you know what that means. See you there. lol

I still believe long term they would be better off without him.

He is going to have another incident and give the company another needless black eye

Sounds like Aussie Open unsurprisingly are getting interest from both AEW and WWE. AEW is pretty confident in signing them. TK has paid for Davis surgery without a contract being signed.

One of the best tag teams in the world.

Their indie matches with The Velocities are a phenomenal show of athleticism from all 4 guys. Their trios matches with Ospreay against the Elite and Death Triangle were fantastic. Their match against FTR at the UK NJPW show was one of the best tag matches last year and their tag title match last month against Bishamon was the second best tag match I've watched this year (behind Usos vs. Sami/KO).

Thrilled with this signing. A huge add to an already great tag division.
