That whole segment was gold. BCC villains have been so good of late. Cutler/Nakazawa having no business in the match, but putting on a valiant effort. Kenny. Bucks back. Needed some Danielson to perfect it, but I love it as a whole.

Just told a buddy, call me a mark, whatever...but the Kenny/Hangman reunion pop, I am not sure I will be prepared...

The whole story has been drawn out perfectly

That main event was terrible. Happy that they've finally decided to, hopefully, add a finish to swerve / lee.... but daaaang that was bad.
 
My live thoughts. The opening match and ensuing promo was awesome. The promo in particular I thought was great.

Looking forward to wherever they take bullet club gold. There will be some matches vs NJPW bullet club for sure. Hopefully we get ELP in AEW. Also room for stories with the elite and Adam Cole.

I can do without the Hardy’s I don’t really trust Jeff at this point to take care of himself.

At first I was over the mox hangman feud but I’m loving where they have taken the story involving the elite

The main event was kind of a dud but it picked up. Daniel Garcia is kinda hilarious in his current sports entertainer role.

Spoiler from rampage FTR are locked up for the next 4 years with AEW

I mean it will likely fix a lot of the issues they have had with people not being used enough. I wouldn't count on it getting Miro to pull his head out of his ass though. I genuinely do think though that Tony at some point is going to have to bring someone in to help him with booking though. Like just from a time management standpoint. The guy has 5(4 if Rampage dies) hours of AEW TV to book weekly along with ROH and then Fulham and the Jags on top of it. He should bring someone in to run Ring of Honor.

More TV time will fix a lot of those issues. A roster split isn't really necessary. You don't have to have guys appearing on both shows every week. I feel the same way about WWE (although I think WWE's issue with USA and Fox not wanting to share wrestlers as much).

Although, I guess there would be an issue with fans buying tickets and not knowing who'll they will see until very close to the show.

If they do end up doing the split, I hope and think they'll just keep one world title. World champion is at both shows. I also hope they don't add any other titles. There are enough already to split between two shows.

Give Dynamite the tag titles, TBS title, and International title. Give Collision the TNT (since it's going to be on TNT apparently), trios and Women's title.

Actually after writing all that out, I think I'm more into a roster split than before. It's a better set up than WWE's split.
 
There in theory already is a brand split with ring of honor.

Does Tony actually have much involvement with running Fulham or Jacksonville?

Regardless, I agree that he needs to bring someone in to help with the booking.
