Problem with AEW is guys like Mark Henry, Big Show, Arn Anderson, etc aren't part of "the boys" anymore. They are in management, not wrestlers. So the wrestlers aren't intimidated by them.

There's no Undertaker. There's no Kane. There's no Kurt Angle. There's no John Cena.

The most strongminded person there (CM Punk) is a guy who has issues with half the company it seems. Kenny Omega doesn't strike me as someone who cares at all to manage this stuff, he just wants to wrestle. The Bucks don't scare teenagers let alone pro wrestlers. Ditto Adam Cole. MJF isn't big enough to be that person nor do I think he really cares to be.

They badly, BADLY need a locker room leader and no, it can't be CM Punk making himself locker room leader like Kyle Dubas made himself GM.

If Jon Moxley had half a brain and didn't care to just be in death matches all the time I THINK it could be him, but he isn't interested.

Normally the guy who signs the paychecks would have a set and step up, but Khan is completely nutless and impotent unfortunately

Its funny to see Thunder Rosa, Santana and a few AEW wrestlers lash out like so what we have problems let us work them out responses. The problems should have been handled LONG time ago. Its not even just Punk. Bucks, Rosa, Perry, Black, Miro, Baker, etc….. have all had either issues backstage or have ran to media with grievances.

I also think there's a big difference between Tony Khan and Vince McMahon/Triple H.

Vince has long taken steroids and been in the weight room. He legit looked like he could f*** you up until like, 2010. Ditto Triple H who was f***ing huge and backed down from nobody. Vince also is "the man" because he's got the money.

Tony is using daddy's money. Not his own money. I bet there isn't a single person in that locker room who respects him. He's like 130 pounds soaking wet and looks like he'd get swirly'd by a 15 year old high school freshman football player. Nobody is intimidated. That intimidation is a huge factor in respect.

So Punk the UFC jobber is taking advantage of this shit.

The sooner we get Punkless AEW the better.

The guy who SHOULD be the locker room leader is Sting. No idea why he can't keep this stuff under control as a still active wrestler who is respected by everyone. Sure, he's old, but nobody is gonna try fighting this guy if he starts laying down the law.
 
Punk is a dick and is also being made to look bad. Both can be true. Everyone knows he’s going to react.

It seems clear to me that someone is trying to use Bryan Alvarez to set him off since we know Punk dislikes him, specifically.

Not defending Punk, as he always seems to be the common denominator, but Jack Perry should be fired just because he sucks, lol. Never got the appeal of that guy and him being one of the 'Pillars.' He also seems to have a 2 cent brain and is full of himself.

He needs to be back in a mid card gimmicky tag team where he belongs. His theme was over, not him.

It wouldn't surprise me if whoever is leaking the false info to Alvarez is trying to get Punk to just outright quit

Multiple industry vets tell him no (wasn’t just Punk per the #sheetz) and to stop being foolish and then he goes and mocks them….yeah he wouldn’t be changing with the boys and that would probably be the least of his issues lol
