The only thing I can think of is the Bruins are thinking about keeping him for the playoff run or don't like the trades that have been offered to them.

Dom is saying there is a possibilty of a big trade with STL so maybe they're also mulling that over, since it would involve roster players outside of Eriksson. All things to consider

if the Blues rumors are concrete, would a guy like Jake Walman maybe be a throw in prospect? Dman, drafted in 3rd round 2014, 20 years old...currently playing for PC and putting up very good numbers, 13 goals 15 assists, 28 points in 27 games.

Barbashev.

Don't see how Rattie or Jaskin are really improvements over the guys who are killing it in Providence, Griffith, Koko, Vatrano.

I want more of a Dano level prospect if we trade Loui..not more Matt Fraser projects.

We could always go all in Loui straight up for Jordan Caron, get Krejci the winger he needs.

They seemed to have made absolutely no progress today, and yet they want to continue talks tomorrow. They are far from stupid, I'll give them that. It'll be 2 days (whose counting?) before the trade deadline tomorrow.

Sweeney seems pretty bright to me and a guy that uses his brain more than his heart. I mean the guy did trade Lucic. If there's a deal that makes the Bruins better I think he'll trade Eriksson, also if they can get him at their terms I think he'll sign him(unlikely at this point). But if he can't do either I wouldn't rule out Sweeney hanging on to him.

With team in CAR for road game in just over an hour, they can't execute any type of multiple roster player deal involving Loui or other until post-game at earliest.

Not enough spare bodies behind 1 extra Dman and forward.

Something will go down either tomm or earlier SUN well before TB game, ensuring they will have Prov bodies in lineup if necessary in time for puck drop.

well goals aside he still put up alright numbers in AHL..23 points.

Maybe I am just a little high on Dano as a prospect, thought he looked great in NHL with the Blue Jackets, maybe he really has fallen off.

Either way..I'd rather have a higher end prospect as the centerpiece over a Rattie or Jaskin..give me Dano at 21 over both of them.

I am intrigued by Blues D..Walman, Dunn, Schmaltz

Loui + whatever for Pick, Walman, Jaskin (or Rattie)
or Swap them around..some combo of Pick, one of Walman/Dunn/Schmaltz, and one of Rattie/Jaskin

personally im waiting for florida to trade campbell and jagr and islanders to trade okposo and tampa to deal stamkos...

cause none of these teams can beat washington or la or chicago... cant lose an ufa for 'nothing'

for those looking for 'real rumors' the local edmonton talk show host that is also a longtime bruin fan and posts here as lowtide mentioned he heard schultz to boston... didnt call it a hot rumor or anthing but rather mentioned it in passing

then his producer mentioned the hamilton trade and how boston and edmonton dont get along

(or maybe it was lowtide kobashing the rumor his producer shared?)

either way... i think if sweeney and chiarelli are willing to trade schultz might be a low cost gamble at this point for a mid round pick

I keep thinking that for the first time in memory the Bruins own the biggest fish available at the deadline. Sure some may say Drouin, but for a true contender, my money is on Loui. Way more proven and likely more desirable.
