No. I'm saying that there are 2 versions of this team and I'm not sure which one shows up, I think they could do damage if the right version shows up but if that version doesn't show up, they will be gone. All I'm really saying is I don't know which Jets team will show up.

Yeah, I'm with you. The Jets are a weird team...Jekyll and Hyde. They could completely shat the bed in round 1. They are also legitimately a contender to go on a good run or even win the damn cup. They do have the horses to get somewhere. Helly can do a lot of damage all by himself, and if maybe KFC lights the chicken fryer back up again and starts filling buckets...with chicken (get it? Yeah, you got it! ) and a few other guys get hot too who knows?

The funny thing is, Evason in his post game presser actually accused the Jets of being the ones playing dirty and couldn’t understand why we would do that when the game was already settled. And he said that with a straight face!!

I really want it to be Vegas. Not only to settle a playoff score but also because the Oilers have a score to settle with is, they improved their D, have 3 100 pt scorers, and just might have good enough goaltending.

Personally, I'd rather play against Edmonton. A team like Vegas will try to trap us to death and we've never really been all that good at overcoming that. Systems aside, it seems like a lot of our guys are always more motivated to play their best against guys like McDavid and Draisaitl. Pionk for example was a complete demon last series we played against Edmonton, and he always seems to step it up against them in our regular season games. I feel like if we could limit the opportunities those two guys create that Helle will give us the support we need to win that series since we'll get the offensive opportunities against Edmonton.
