If somehow we could switch Desharnais's ice time with Galchenyuk's, I'm sure it would benefit both players efficiency.

Watching Subban with the rookies is so refreshing. Subban is a great kid and teammate.

Still a better hockey player..

than David Desharnais.

I like Gally's personality. Gonna be a good leader when it's his time.

It's been really great to watch this kid grow as a hockey player from game to game. At the beginning of the year, he was a young, timid kid who was learning how to play in this league. He had a good stretch and showed flashes of his skill, and then fell into his first big-league "slump" where he didn't score much. Now I think we are watching him bust out and start becoming the player we know he's going to be. He battles hard, goes to the dirty areas, and makes some unbelievable plays/passes. He's been one of their best players easily the last 7-10 games

If he keeps it up, he's going to grab the rookie scoring lead.

There might be too few games left, but he is on par with any rookie this season that is older than him (all things considered) there is no shame in not winning.

i hope they trained him for faceoff from the beginning, this is a part that he have to be better so i'm hopping that they already began preparing him even if he play winger for now. if not they should right now

no excuse....they have to put him center before its too late

i really like the comment of Therrien when someone ask about Chucky being better at center, he said that they know that he is a center, they know that he will be a center...

Really hope MT took him aside and showed him video of his hit. The first big hit he throws and he gets a penalty for it even though there was nothing wrong with it. I hope it didn't scare him away. It's not his job though, so not a big deal, but he's the type of player that thrives on confidence. Hopefully it doesn't deter him too much.

It was blind-side and it was boarding. It was a shoulder-on-shoulder hit and a big one at that, but it wasn't a legal hit. Still, I hope he doesn't shy away from the physical stuff.

Would've been interesting to see his point totals if he played more on the powerplay, Huberdeau plays a minute and a half more on the PP a game than Chucky.

Guys, since I bought his jersey vs the Canes game (April 1st) Chucky has 4 goals, 3 assists in 8 games!!

No need to thank me :yo: That kid is just amazing

Don't you love it when occasionally MT sends Chucky out with 25 secs left on the PP with no possession? One of my pet peeves is that the Eller line doesn't get a full minute WITH PK and Markov. Guarantee more goals. Just try it, Mikey, just trrrry it.

Do you have a Pacioretty jersey? Desharnais? Gorges? If not, maybe get the whole set!

I got Theodore, Komisarek and Cammalleri jerseys.

Not to mention by Van Persie Arsenal kit, Tebow Broncos jersey, and Crosby team Canada ( before I started to dislike him )

Really want a Chuckie jersey, but I got a horrible curse. It sounds horrible, but I don't wana buy his jersey an "have" something happen to him.

Also am scared that he switches to 94 next year.

He actually hits a lot more than I ever expected him to. I guess it isn't constant grinding but he's done a pretty good job of lining guys up for big hits this year. Didn't know he was that kind of player.

I've liked Tebow since Gaters day. Most of it comes form the fact that he is born in the Philippines [I lived there for 8 years as well].

Still scared to buy a Chuckie shirt though. Got that feeling he will wear 94 next year
