This team’s standard and buy in has gone up. Prior to 2022, it was regular to see players give up defensively, take shortcuts , lazy plays, etc. The playoff runs the last few years have matured this team. Even Jeff Skinner was back checking, which he hasn’t done his whole career. This is a good , mature team that has a high level of accountability in that room. Feels good to say that man.
