Not too serious In Arvid timelines means he should be good to go by playoffs..

;)

Is there a player that gets injured more often and misses more games than Arvid? Oh, Drouin. Wrap both of these players in bubble wrap and hope for the best. Both made of glass.
I’m so thankful that on top of everything else both McDavid and Draisaitl have generally been such durable players (knocks on wood)

Solid game by the boys, other than a shakey first 1/2 pf the first period, and Skinner sucked but team bailed him out at the end and he had to make a few saves. McKinnon with 2 more empty netters, and Mr. (I want 14 million) Rantenan was invisible.

No quite, still 2 points behind. If we can go on a 10 game winning streak, we should be able to catch them.:D

Still on your "get rid of Kane" rant I see.
Oh look. Vegas lost. No more game in hand for now. Are we tied now?

Tied in points and record. Vegas still shows in first due to regulation wins. Do I need to copy and paste that for you to see?:D

I am enjoying their loss.

The guy scores hits and fights and you want to get rid of him? What more does a player need to do?
That poster has been advocating to get rid of him for some time now.

I never said we were ahead of them. Even with the game in hand Vegas had we were still tied. I was just asking if you believe that we are tied that we’ve played same amount of games since you seemed to not believed that we were tied after the Colorado game. That’s all

I was one of the people saying that and in fairness I spend a dozen yrs watching the fastest team on the planet, the 80's Oilers. That team would fly. The current team look fast because their positional play is light years better than anything we've seen here since the pronger year.

This combined with speed being a relative concept. The AV's are essentially a one line team. Last night they tried to split it up but that team did look slow,

The Oilers stocked up with skill on sticks vets for the now window. Every thing mortgaged on the now. So that we have a team that can throw pucks around with authority and keep opponents running. Its what we do. The bednard breakdown was pretty good. He was saying more about what the Oilers do than our own coaching staff.

Thing is though this is midseason. I'd hope the team isn't peaking too early. A great ride we're on but the seasons are so long and such a slog. NHL is always an endurance contest and not a race.
Almost everyone is going to have a 2.5 week break next month. Should make for an exciting stretch drive
