Where should I go to pick him up…I’ll drive him to WPG personallyThen take Pulock instead
Jets wouldn't even consider trading a 1st for a LD like Ferraro, who would be clearly behind Morrissey and Samberg.Ferraro is the kind of defenseman the Jets would trade a 1st for I suspect, because they don't have the prospects on defense short term to count on. Granlund for Chibrikov is a good trade for both sides, where you get a scoring winger with lots of term. And the Jets get a top 6 center, good skater for the immediate run. Someone who could keep up to Ehlers in the middle of the ice. I think the Jets can manage because contracts traded are pro rated I believe, so you only pick up 25% of them at the deadline.
Nothing interesting for the Jets there.Chariot

And how does Winnipeg acquire Byfield? And why would LA trade him?Reunite Gabe Villardi with Byfield?
We don’t have another PLD to trade for Byfield thoughReunite Gabe Villardi with Byfield?
Pulock isn't going anywhere.Where should I go to pick him up…I’ll drive him to WPG personally
I think you're optimistic if you think Cole is going to be top 6 in the playoffs. One good game probably doesn't get him there. He's been demoted out of the top 6 for the past month.Jets wouldn't even consider trading a 1st for a LD like Ferraro, who would be clearly behind Morrissey and Samberg.
I think the Jets need speed and size in their middle 6 to play with Ehlers and maybe Perfetti. Granlund is an upgrade on Namestnikov, but that would be a very small line. Jets would be better off paying more for a player like Rakell or Nelson or O'Reilly. Those players would move the needle enough to justify the high price.
If he's been offering a guy for 2 years then he's overvaluing Ehlers, or he's looking for something very specific that hadn't been offered. But 2 years is a long time.Rumour was that Chevy has been trying to get rid of Ehlers for the past 2 years but hasn't had any luck. They need to get rid of him because Ehlers is Casper the ghost come playoff time.
Go to Long Island and ask for the nick name “Scott Mayfield”. Don’t question when the blonde haired guy from the St Louis area gets in the car and becomes an honorable member of the Winnipeg Thrasherjets blueline.Where should I go to pick him up…I’ll drive him to WPG personally
does not make sense at all for the jets to do thisRent a rat?
To Jets:
Charlie Coyle
Brad Marchand
To Bruins:
Nic Ehlers, stuff
I just want to see Marchand in the playoffs on a team that isn’t my team but also one I don’t hate and that list is really small.does not make sense at all for the jets to do this
I’m curious what the stuff is that you included in the deal. Sounds like the brother of future considerations.Rent a rat?

I can’t really decide. It’s the type of concept that has a ton of asterisks and I just didn’t want to.I’m curious what the stuff is that you included in the deal. Sounds like the brother of future considerations.
That is not a great move for the Jets. Idea is to ADD to the top 6 not simply swap 1 guy for another.Rent a rat?

Rumoured by who? Your buddies sitting around the table, pounding beers while playing NHL GM’s don't really count.Rumour was that Chevy has been trying to get rid of Ehlers for the past 2 years but hasn't had any luck. They need to get rid of him because Ehlers is Casper the ghost come playoff time.
Ehlers had not been actively shopped at all. If he was he would have s ton of suitors. Ehlers is a line driver with speed to burn. Can score, is a good playmaker and has been one of the leagues top 5on5 scorers for the past 4 years. Only this year had he been put on the top power play unit and the results speak for themselves. Oh ya and he is only making 6 mil per. Teams would have ben lined up to acquire him.If he's been offering a guy for 2 years then he's overvaluing Ehlers, or he's looking for something very specific that hadn't been offered. Explain to me how that’s possible pleasejets will have around 14 million in deadline space
we have 6.6 in cap space currently, we are not in ltir so we are accruing cap space, we are projected to have around 12.922 at the deadline, I assume the jets will move someone off the roster when we bring somebody in which will bring us even higherExplain to me how that’s possible please
