If they wanted to create a tournament of random teams, they should have just picked 6 or 8 captains and let them draft their teams like they do in the All Star game. Nobody gives a crap about playing for "Team U23" so, just go full ****** and draft a bunch of random teams. Calling this a World Cup is embarrassing.
