Donskoi is younger than Granlund and has only 1 season of NHL experience but Granlund plays much more like an amateur in my opinion. Donskoi is surprisingly mature, you wouldn't believe he's 24.

And for the record, I pick Donskoi over Granlund for next NHL season 100%.

The line is fine and McDavid and Matthews have made a lot of little plays to one another. I don't see an issue with the line and I think Scheifele has been solid throughout the pre-tourny games.

I agree I wouldn't change it, but Scheifele is having a very bad game so far.

I don't know if you realize this, but Scheifele is the one feeding Matthews and McDavid passes, whether on breakouts or in the offensive zone. I've yet to see them hit Scheifele with a pass in the slot where he likes to be.

The first of many, Scheifele did the same thing off the boards to McDavid with speed. All 3 have been good, I just don't get why Scheifele is being targeted here when they're all playing good.
