Dunno…it is over….feel empty …but worry how the Flyers, like most corporations, screw up things.
We know JvR, Braun are gone. Hayes probably too.

”We know there are unknowns, but we don’t know the unknowns yet”

There are no facts. You can speculate all you want. Some day you will say “ boy, a cup of Java at Starbucks is only 10 bucks, what a deal.” Speculation or fact?
Oh, wait, I am going to have a donut tonight. Only fact I know…..

This is where good management succeeds. It’s why I think so highly of Yzerman. He allows events to come to him and then exploits them. Some GMs try too hard to get the greatest deal ever.

It's simple really, if you know you've committed to a 3-5 year rebuild, you don't have to panic and make every move this June. Be patient, and let the deals come to you. Briere has already hung the "for sale" sign out, now he just has to wait until someone makes a good offer.

10 year.

Just last last you were still saying they're two years away. Now, in way worse shape, it's 3?

With all the same people in charge?

Relieved this season is finally over. This is bay far the least amount of Flyers hockey I’ve watched in 15-20 years. I’d say less than 15 games all season
Funny, it is the most in awhile. why? On ESPN + I don’t have to listen to Jim and Keith ramble on all night long. And once Brown and McEwen were gone…it was funny and fun to watch plus being a diehard, I strangely felt more attached to the players but hated management more than ever. Doesn’t make sense but the dialectic was there anyway.

oh yeah, you hockey geeks here spurred me on plus the cynical GDTs and the music they inspired…well….you get the picture…..
