Wishing for Zucc to hit those numbers is vanity IMO, nor does it help The Rangers or his game for the future. These are details, and of course a bit cynical. I just think Zucc is one of the most underrated players right now and him hitting 20 for 60, wont contribute to him "flying low". It also affects contract negotiations.

Valid point, but he still deserves it. He's making $1.15M this year, and deserves a raise.

I feel kinda bad for st Louis, he's obviously a player with an elite pedigree yet he shouldn't get the night off on rep. He's a high character guy who most certainly wanted to play because, as he would undoubtably agree, there are players more deserving of the night off then him.

You protect your best players, not your most elderly.

Bill Pidto confirms on MSG that Game 1 will be on Thursday but the time is till TBD.

6:38PM:*Henrik Lundqvist on MSG, “it will be a great series. A lot of great games through the years and they are a skilled team but I haven’t started thinking about it yet.”

6:25PM:*Flyers coach Craig Berube expects Steve Mason to play game one in New York.*(Sam Carchidi)

6:20PM:*“Gill singing NY NY in locker room.”*(Sam Carchidi)

“Voracek says Flyers are “due” for a win in NY.”(Sam Carchidi)

It's sad because Chico is a great guy to talk hockey with. Guy is an absolute gentlemen and loves the game as much as anyone.

I won't miss hearing his biased responses during games but if you guys had the pleasure of meeting him in person you would have a little more respect for him.

You are right about Chico. He donates a lot of his personal memorabilia that he has collected over the years to the Hall of Fame in Toronto.

Feels so weird to hear Sam say that the Rangers were one of the best teams in the league since 12/20. They had me fooled sometimes, but I guess it's true.

Holy crap. I mean no offence, but how can you stand hearing your national anthem being butchered like this over and over? It's more often than not the performances make me cringe bad. If I didn't see this I would have thought someone was torturing her with a branding iron.

I never understood the need for two anthems.

If you're in Canada do that one. If you're in the US do that one.

It did not air in NY. It was not their usual singer. Charles Prévost-Linton usually does the anthem in Montreal, and he is very good by league standards.
