Rodrigues was acquired in 2019-20 and played a full season with McCann in 2021 where they both played the same exact ice time and roughly took the same amount of face offs.

McCann only played half a season in 2021.

My point still stands, you said "Rodrigues was after McCann was gone" which is blatantly false.

They were both on the team and Sullivan typically defaulted to Rodrigues at C over McCann and even defaulted to Rodrigues over McCann in the top six.

Realistically, I would've preferred we kept McCann over Carter as a 3C, but neither Sullivan or McCann's current coach view him as a C.

Did they? E-Rod over McCann in the top six? Because that's one of McCann's best seasons, E-Rod was non existent and E-Rod only got a couple games in the post season. I'm thinking you are making something more of a shakeup than actual set lines or preference. E-Rod sucked.

Rodrigues was playing on the Jake and Sid line for like a month that season and everyone complained about it.
