Looked like a puck at first, but on closer look Morrissey got him with his stick.

Now I'm mad Zary should of gotten a 5 minute major for high sticking drawing blood.

Pushing aside the debate about if regular season wins should count over 2 seasons. We are now only 1 off the all time record counting regular season wins from one season to the next at 16-0. We are now also only 2 games off the record of wins to start a season that stands at 10-0.
Jets have not scored the first goal in their last 4 games, I believe. Shows some character. Last year they would lose most games, where they didn't score first. They play patient, and stick with their game plan, and that's the way to win.
Wow, the Bombers win and the Jets win, who could ask for a better Saturday than that. And both games with some weird happenings too. Some of the Jets did not have very good games, but in the end, the team came together and found a way to win. I give this game three "eights" out of five...

If we can beat the Leafs we go back on the road for games in Detroit and Columbus. It might be a real interesting week
That's what I'm thinking. I've avoided the Leafs game in our ST group this season, so happily I don't have to deal with the Winnipeg share of Leaf nation. But get through that, then things get really exciting.
But man I loved that lazy giveaway by Matthews in OT that lost the game to the Bruins tonight.
