This is a straw man. Hutton's first goal was a terrible one and numerous people called him out on that. We're not absolving Hutton of anything.

Not sure what to make of this game so far. 2 goal lead, and they haven't given up much defensively but still would like to see more offensive zone time. Kreider looks like a shell of himself which is sad.
