If Gorton doesn’t think he’s ready yet, I’m concerned. What GM in their right mind is ok with a young player (that he gave up a lot for) sitting in favor of old vets that make the same defensive mistakes, but produce no offense? During a development year. Like I said, it’s on Gorton.

Don’t know if it’s been mentioned but Dubas (Leafs GM) is in NY for the game. Rangers also scouted Leafs recently. Something brewing with Nylander? At this point it looks like he might be traded

Thoughts after one

Fourth line has been very good. All working hard creating havoc mcleod skating very well.

Jimmy Vesey is killing this team. Grade A scoring opp after opp and doesn’t finish. Missing chances like that is as bad as costing you goals against. It’s been his MO all season

Buchnevich looks energized won’t last long though. I’m sure of it. I have a feeling he’s on the trade block. Really do.

Fast just isn’t a good enough player to contribute offensively on a top line. Put buchy back there live and die with it.

Chytil is not a winger either play him in the middle and move Hayes to wing since he’s not long term part of this team. Stop jerking around our top prospect. If you don’t want to play him send him to Hartford please.
