At this point Boyle is better than St Louis and Richards is much better.

No. It's not about the players. It's about production. If Boyle has chemistry with those players.... erhhh.. let me rephrase. If Boyle has the potential to have chemistry and the skill set to be remotely complementary to Richards-MSL, then that's another issue where Richards and MSL aren't getting involved while Boyle is.

Sitting here, with my wife. She's just reading a book. She sees Girardi and says: "Ah, wow. He's adorable. Gorgeous eyes".

Nice! First she was all over Lundqvist, then Hagelin and now Girardi.

You gotta get her to start watching the Bruins, they'll make you look like a supermodel

Of Course Zibanejad scores. It wouldn't be a game vs Ottawa if Zibanejad didn't score.

Of course.

That's because all of the hockey experts that post here can claim he's a great young talent with all of his 18 goals.

He's a third-line ***clown with speed. Just like almost the entire Senators roster.

Production? You mean that thing St Louis isn't doing? Yes, I agree then.

My GF likes Lundqvist too ... as does my best friend :shakehead. So I can kinda understand that. But Girardi and Hagelin?

what I meant is: Zibanejad has a knack for scoring on Lundqvist.

God, please call up a player. Why the **** is Boyle playing with Martin St.Louis.

You trade Callahan away with picks for St.Louis and you put Boyle on his opposite wing?

that's like poaching a fillet and eating it with ketchup.

I'm getting really sick of this inclusive club where all of our fourth line guys get a free rainbow slide into the line up. Putting Boyle with Richards and St.Louis should be a fire-able offense.

Love your analogies. Good stuff there:yo:

Girardi's eyes (And she's crazy about the way he looked like such a cute daddy during the HBO 24/7 series).

Not sure what it is about Hagelin. She might like blondes.

Okay then. I'm talking about line composition and you're ******** on St.Louis. Not a very useful conversation.

You're talking about line composition in terms of catering to St. Louis who has done nothing but cough up a hairball since the trade. He's lucky he's not scratched, and you're sitting here blaming his linemates, one of whom is one of our best scorers.

What book is your wife reading :shakehead

Robert Harris' Fatherland. Really interesting book! One of my all-time favorites. It's about an alternate reality in which Germany won WW II. She likes hockey by the way. She's from South Africa so she's used to a sport where men go crazy and do everything to win (Rugby)

I'm sick of AV and Allaire crapping the bed with the goalie rotation. They are running Hank into the ground in an Olympic year while one of the best back-ups in the league is on the bench.

This is like the Calgary game and 1st period against Phoenix. Lundqvist needed a breather after being excellent in intense prior games and they kept pushing the envelope. 2 games where he was peppered with shots in Van and Colorado, classic let down home game after a road trip, and the idiots don't go to Talbot. The team pays more attention to D with Cam in net. This was the game to give Hank a break and focus the team.

So Stupid.

I'm not blaming Brian Boyle for not producing on that line if you read my posts correctly. I'm blaming the composition of the lines by the coaches. You can't expect Boyle to become a complementary part of that line with Richards and St.Louis. Regardless of what the players have done historically and recently, that line is not going to be effective short of fortunate turnovers by the Senators or lucky bounces.

Zibanejad is going to be a great player. If people here think a 20 year old, 16 goal scorer is a third liner, then what does our entire team consist of outside of Nash?
