Manning is being used as a top 4 dman even with Sanheim in the lineup temporarily replacing the Swedish God of Body Checks. That severely hurts the team and limits what Sanheim can do.

Hextall should have traded Manning at the deadline at the very least.

That is the main problem. I'm fine with most of the things Hextall has done, but there's no way he's firing Hakstol. If getting rid of Hextall is the only way to get rid of Hakstol, I'm getting more and more comfortable with it.
